Surrounded by the beautiful waters of Tampa Bay, rich in culture, diversity, and incredible growth, St. Pete has a spirit that is hard to describe until you experience it for yourself. If you’re new here, welcome. I believe you’ll quickly grow to love this place. And to my fellow locals, let’s continue enjoying it, supporting it, and helping keep it beautiful.
I’ve had the privilege of watching this city bloom over the last 15 years. I live within the city limits, and its growth is personal to me. As St. Pete evolved, so did my own path, which ultimately led me to Smith & Associates… an organization that reflects my commitment to excellence, professionalism, and service.
My purpose is simple: listen first.

I’ll admit I ride the line of obsession when it comes to serving my clients, especially during negotiations; it's my favorite part. That’s where experience, preparation, and determination matter most, and it’s honestly my favorite part of the process. I love working hard for the people who trust me. You might call it a guilty pleasure.
